After creating your account, you'll verify your identity through Stripe (our payment partner). This takes about 5 minutes and lets you receive payouts directly to your bank account.

All payments are processed by Stripe, trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. When your item sells, funds are secured immediately. Payouts are released after delivery confirmation, starting at 2-3 business days for new sellers and getting faster as you build your history.

Here's what to expect on Stripe:
1. "Business details" -- Don't worry, this doesn't mean you need a business. Stripe asks every seller the same questions. If you're selling personal items, just select "Individual" when asked about business type and pick the industry closest to what you sell.
2. Industry + website -- Select something like "Online marketplace" or "Retail." For website, you can enter kabuzz.com. If you don't have a website, click "Add a product description instead."
3. Personal info -- Legal name, date of birth, last 4 of SSN, and home address. This is standard identity verification required by law for anyone receiving payments.
4. Bank account -- Where your earnings get deposited. Routing number + account number.
Kabuzz never sees any of this data. It goes directly to Stripe and stays there.
You can list items right away. Verification is only needed to receive payouts.
